Large cutting board dimensions can vary from 13x13” to 15x15” and are 1 5/8” thick. Each board is fitted with rubber feet attached with stainless steel screws. Finger recesses are cut standard into every large board for ease of handling. The boards are polished and finished with food-grade mineral oil.

The boards come in a variety of patterns. Specific patterns can be requested at the time of order. Woods used are walnut, cherry, maple, sapele, and hickory.

A juice groove can be added to any large cutting board for an additional $20.
