The boards are made of hardwoods, notably walnut, cherry, maple, ash, sapele, and hickory.  There are rubber feet with stainless steel screws on all the cutting boards.  All the boards that come in contact with food are treated with food-grade mineral oil and a mineral oil wax.  The cutting boards and cheese boards are end-grain construction, and the serving trays are long-grain construction.  Food safe glue is used on all the boards.  Instructions for care come with each board.  The cribbage boards are finished with Watco natural oil and come with pegs.   All items are priced without shipping.
